NxtMaster Map is powered by Google maps, Drive & Gmail.

Daily email will be sent to you with the link that would open google maps. You can always find the link on your Google Drive. 

Make sure the email your provided is the same one that you are logged in into Google Maps. We give exclusive access to that email. You can log in and have different account on your Google Maps. Make sure the emails are the same on NxtMaster Map and Google Maps 

While on the GO or AT HOME you can pin point the areas of your preference and choose your campaign. Pick your location and your strategy.  You can use this on your desktop or on your phone. You can also import the list to your CRM.

We have a list of motivated sellers that are public records updating everyday. While we provide you with a list, you can also send us your personalized list and we can add it to your personalize NxtMaster Map for your convince. 

NxMaster Map will send you a recap everyday of the newest leads so you know where to look. On your desktop when you open the link, click the list you like and you will see the list of address, the one at the bottom are the newest one. Unfortunately on phone because of the data it doesn’t show all the address on a list  but they all display on the map.
